RZVA produces modular railway traction substations KTPBR-110/27.5/10 for 110, 27.5 and 10 kV voltage with transformers from 2 500 kVA to 40 MVA capacity.
27.5 kV side is fitted with three-pole outdoor circuit-breakers with solid-cast poles in external and internal organosilicon insulation, including the vacuum interrupter casting, of BP35NS series with electromagnetic drive or BP35NT series with spring drives as well as single-pole circuit-breakers type BP27NS specially designed for railway traction substations.
For voltage transformation and power supply of 0.4 kV underground grids, RZVA supplies dry transformers of 10/0.4 kV with Resibloc windings.
In addition to traction substation modules, RZVA supplies switching and distributional equipment for power supply of underground rapid transit systems (metro). As the basic equipment for traction circuits of undergrounds, KU-10C complete switchgears with BP vacuum circuit breakers are accepted.
